Founded in 2020 by Adriana Oyarce, Anchor was born from a deep understanding of the real estate industry-one shaped by years of experience in private equity, development, luxury sales, and brokerage. Adriana's journey, which began in 2009, saw her rise to become Managing Broker at TSG Group by 26, overseeing some of the most prestigious developments in South Florida. She later served as Executive Advisor at Engel & Volkers Miami and Managing Partner at Metropolitan Investment, gaining firsthand experience in high-level deal-making and strategic development.

But beyond the numbers and titles, Adriana saw something missing-a firm that truly operated at the intersection of vision and execution. She envisioned a company that didn't just transact but built lasting value, one that approached real estate as both an art and a science. She wanted to bring together a team of multidisciplinary advisors, experts who could guide clients through complex acquisitions, luxury sales, and development opportunities with precision and insight.

And so, Anchor was born.
