Anchor's commercial practice is intentionally focused. We operate in the asset classes where we have deep conviction, genuine access, and a clear investment thesis — and we are transparent about where we don't play.

Where we focus:

Value-Add Multifamily — Existing Florida multifamily assets with a physical or operational value-add angle that creates a defined path to forced appreciation. We have access to off-market deals that rarely see a broker package.

Land Development for Multifamily — Off-market land and entitlement opportunities across Florida's highest-growth corridors, for investors with an appetite for ground-up development.

Light Industrial & Multitenant Flex Small Bay — One of the most durable asset classes in today's market. Strong fundamentals, compressed vacancy, and a resilient tenant base make this a consistent portfolio performer.

Retail — Selectively. We engage on retail exclusively when the asset is a plaza or freestanding building anchored by a national tenant with a corporate guarantee. Nothing speculative.
